Lead status: snooze, sold, and lost

What this does

Each lead has a status that shows where it is, from New to Sold or Lost. Calls and replies change most statuses for you. You snooze leads and mark them sold or lost.

Who it's for

Sales reps and managers.

Where to find it: App: ••• in a conversation · Computer: the status button at the top of a conversation

Snooze a lead

How to snooze a lead

  1. Open the conversation in the app.
  2. Tap •••, then Snooze.
  3. Pick 24h, 72h, or 1 Week.
  4. To send a text when it wakes up, write a Nurture Message and tap Schedule. Or tap Snooze Only.

When time is up, you get "Snoozed lead is back." If the customer texts first, the scheduled message is cancelled.

Mark a lead sold or lost

  • Sold: tap •••, then Mark as Sold. This shows once the lead is Contacted or Snoozed.
  • Lost: tap •••, then Mark as Lost. Pick a reason, like Purchased elsewhere or No response.
  • On a computer: click the status button at the top of the conversation and pick the new status.
  • A lost lead can be opened again if the customer comes back.
