If it can send a lead, Relay can catch it.

Relay is source-agnostic: leads arrive by ADF/XML email, webhook, or API, which covers effectively every marketplace, ad platform, and website provider in automotive. Nothing to rip out, nothing for reps to re-learn.

Lead sources

One feed, every source.

AutoTrader

Canada’s largest automotive marketplace, ingested automatically.

CarGurus

US and Canadian marketplace leads, straight into the feed.

Cars.com

US marketplace leads via ADF/email forwarding.

Facebook Lead Ads

Meta lead forms from Facebook and Instagram, caught at delivery.

Google Vehicle Ads

Inquiries from your inventory listings on Google.

Your website

Dealer.com, WordPress, or custom forms via email-to-lead.

ADF/XML email

The industry standard. Any provider that emails leads.

Custom API

Webhooks and direct API ingestion, wired during implementation.

Your CRM and DMS

Over top, standalone, or instead.

Relay can feed the CRM you keep, run standalone as your system of record, or replace a CRM your team only half-uses. Most of the industry speaks ADF, so most connections are already covered. Where a direct API makes sense, we build it, and we scope your exact stack before you sign.

How Relay connects
  • ADF / XML · The industry standard. Covers most stores end to end.
  • Direct APIs · Built system by system, and always expanding.
  • Add-ons · Specialty DMS connections available where needed.
  • Custom · If your software can share data, we can usually connect it.
Questions

Integrations, answered.

Which lead sources does Relay integrate with?

AutoTrader, CarGurus, Cars.com, Facebook and Instagram Lead Ads, Google Vehicle Ads, your website forms (Dealer.com, WordPress, custom builds), and any provider that sends ADF/XML email. Custom sources connect by webhook or API.

What if my lead source isn’t listed?

If it can send an email or hit an API, Relay can catch it. ADF/XML email is the automotive industry standard and covers nearly every provider; anything unusual gets wired up during implementation.

Does Relay work with my existing CRM or DMS?

Almost always. ADF is the auto industry’s universal language and covers most of what stores actually need: leads in, assigned leads out. Relay ships field-mapped ADF profiles for DealerSocket, VinSolutions, eLead, PBS, and Tekion today, plus a generic profile for everything else, and direct API connections get built system by system. If your software can share information, we can usually connect to it, and we scope exactly what is possible before you sign.

What does the setup process look like?

We map every lead source, configure routing, provision numbers, connect the CRM or DMS where supported, test end to end, and walk your managers through the dashboard. Most dealerships are fully connected within 5-7 business days.

See what happens after the lead lands: lead routing, AI auto-reply, and the manager dashboard.
