What metrics can I see in the manager dashboard?
The manager dashboard shows: every lead with its assigned rep and timestamp, response times per lead and per rep, which leads are open vs. active, escalation events (when a lead was reassigned due to timeout), and team-wide performance over time. You see exactly who got what lead, when, and how long it took to respond.
Can I reassign leads from the dashboard?
Yes. If a lead has been sitting too long, or a rep is sick, or something falls through, managers can reassign any lead to any available rep directly from the dashboard. The reassigned rep gets a notification immediately, and the full conversation history transfers with the lead.
How does response time tracking work?
Relay measures the time between lead arrival and the first outbound message from the assigned rep. This is tracked per lead and aggregated per rep over any time period. You can see your team's average response time, your fastest responders, and identify reps who consistently take too long.
Can I get alerts when a lead hasn't been responded to?
